Gift vouchers

The gift voucher can only be used in the online store www.akosua-essential.com for the purchase of any goods from this e-shop.

Each gift voucher contains a unique code. This code is entered in the "Add discount coupon" box in the shopping cart in step 1 when completing the order. The value of the voucher is automatically deducted from the order value after entering the code.

A gift voucher cannot be used to pay for postage or cash on delivery.

Only one gift voucher can be used per order.

One gift voucher can only be used once for one purchase. The value of the voucher cannot be spread across multiple orders.

The unused value of the voucher cannot be used on another order or exchanged for money.

The validity of the voucher is limited in time. The specific validity date is stated on each voucher. After the expiry of the voucher, the right to use it without compensation ceases. In exceptional cases, the validity of the voucher can be extended before the expiry date by writing a request for extension to hello@akosua-cosmetic.com. The extension of the voucher is not claimable or enforceable.

The gift voucher is transferable and can only be redeemed by the first person to redeem it.

A discount code can be used when purchasing a gift voucher. No other discount code can be used when purchasing goods for which a gift voucher is applied.

A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money.

It is not possible to withdraw from the contract after redeeming the gift voucher.
